Because epigenetic genome transforms and inherits depending on the environment of the organism, it is possible to lay an essential foundation for diagnosis and treatment of the associated diseases.

Method to sequence by capturing well known methylation region using solution hybridization process, including Cancer-tissue specific DMRs, GENCODE promoters, CpG islands.
